One week later:
Okay - I didn't get T25 rocking and rolling
I had lost a couple of pounds, but then the weekend - ARGH - the weekend.
Still - overall, down 1.5 lbs for the week, and looking forward to class tomorrow night.
I'm looking to get back into running by doing the Couch-to-5k thing - it sucks that I'm that far back, it really does, trying to not get too frustrated about that.

Will write more after class tomorrow I suppose
